I decided to create an infographic about the team that won the NBA playoffs, trying to show a bit more information about the team and its overall performance. I looked at how well the bench performed, as well as how much better, statistically speaking, the winning team was in their playoff run against the ‘average’ as well as how they faired and in the finals.

Below are some of the visuals. I created the title as well as text based visuals that worked together with whoever was being interviewed. I also handled the name frames for the various speakers. And to round it all up, I worked on the credits and the case for the DVD.

Its been a while, sorry for the sudden disappearance, but its been a hectic time.

I have got a couple personal projects in the pipeline. One infographic… so far, a booklet, some tshirts and a top secret project which will be soon announced.

The infographic project is currently still on the notepad, its sports related, and should be ready come mid-June, care to guess which sport it will be on?
The booklet is about my immediate family, and its been in the works on and off since December, from the notepad, computer, unhappy face, back to the notepad and now its slowly moving back to the computer. Depending on how things go I hope to have it ready (printed that is) come July/August.
As for the VISION t-shirts I have decided to create a range and merge it with Maji into one package, called simply ‘À La Fritz.’ I have been toiling away to create some new designs, and I have sorted out the packaging, labelling and printing side just last week so things are getting close! My next step is to get some samples and test the water down in Camden Market and on Brick Lane.

I’m back on the island, the UK that is! Im currently job hunting for a position at a cool studio anywhere in the world. Anywhere, not out of desperation but because I love to move and discover new places. I’v been doing it my whole life so the bug is in me, and it won’t let me stop… Thats my main aim for the next couple of months/years. However I cannot bring myself to apply to jobs 24/7 so I am also doing some freelancing on the side.

There are some cool projects I am currently working on that I will add soon! I also have started on the book based on my family (mom,dad and sister). I might have talked about it a while back in one of the older posts and I have finally gotten round to it. I plan to have it done in a few weeks so it would be a belated inverted-birthday gift from me to my family for my birthday.

I wish you all a happy 2012, I know I am late, but as the saying goes, better late than never!

This book reveals a new structure. A new system. What is displayed within is a solid identity which will evolve with Navone Associati as it reaches new heights, while at the same time guaranteeing that it stand out from the crowd.
Each section covers, in-depth, a specific section of the rebranding which was carefully crafted through a set process spanning three months.

The new identity revolved around Navone Associati being called the “element of design.” Taking this a step further we decided to keep the original logo, and instead create a wholesome identity and image that would work through time.

We created a periodic table of elements built on all the design services Navone Associati offered.
Each new client would be able to create their very own compound by combining the various elements, allowing for a seamless identity that can be personalised for each client.

It all began with a mark for a company which was not picked. Then it morphed into a poster called Imagination, and finally I modified the designs and created two more to create a family, where the objects would hold deeper meanings. And that was the birth of the VISION T-Shirt Series …
